Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and provide an estimate of repair needs.
• Communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Maintain and schedule service appointments.
• Answer incoming service calls and follow up to encourage returns.
• Follow warranty guidelines and uphold CSI goals.
• Adhere to laws and protect customer and company data.
