Asbury Automotive Group seeks an energetic Service Advisor to greet customers, present and sell needed services, and advise on vehicle care according to manufacturer specifications. You will build rapport to promote satisfaction and retention while maintaining CSI scores at or above company targets.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to manage a fast-paced service lane, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Ability to explain maintenance needs and estimates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather vehicle information.
• Promote services and build rapport with customers.
• Advise on vehicle care per manufacturer specs.
• Provide accurate repair estimates to customers.
• Communicate repair timelines to customers and technicians.
• Schedule and manage service appointments.
• Ensure CSI targets are met while following warranty guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
