Job summary

Asbury is seeking a results‑driven Service Advisor to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and promote maintenance services. You will build rapport, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completions. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and adherence to warranty guidelines.

You will work in a fast-paced dealership environment, handling calls, scheduling, and follow‑ups to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Must have great phone and computer skills.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote services and build rapport with customers.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and provide complete repair estimates.
• Communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Follow up to drive return visits and CSI improvements.
• Follow manufacturer warranty guidelines and company policies.
