Job summary

Asbury seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor in Albuquerque, NM to be the face of service for customers. You will present and sell needed products and services while aligning with manufacturer maintenance schedules, building rapport to promote satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, generating estimates, coordinating with technicians, and handling follow-ups to drive CSI and sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive Service Advisor experience is highly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote products and services to customers while maintaining professional standards.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Generate and provide customers with complete and accurate repair estimates.
• Communicate expected repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls and schedule service appointments.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and boost CSI.
• Adhere to warranty guidelines and procedures and ensure compliance with company policy.
