Job summary

Asbury is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to greet guests, collect vehicle information, and promote services. You will prepare accurate repair estimates and communicate timelines to customers and technicians while following warranty guidelines.

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is heavily preferred; a valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings are required. Join a team committed to CSI excellence and continuous training.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advisory preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with customers.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and provide a complete repair estimate.
• Communicate estimated completion time to customer and technician.
• Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments.
• Follow up to drive repeat visits and CSI.
• Adhere to warranty guidelines and protect information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
