• Provide concierge-level support for customer questions and concerns.
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly.
• Oversee service orders and help manage workflow within the service drive.
• Distribute repair orders between technicians and assist with maintenance recommendations.
• Support warranty administration and service department processes.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and participate in training.
