Krause Auto Group is hiring a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain efficient service operations. You will be the primary contact for customers, communicate repair timelines, and guide maintenance decisions to optimize vehicle care and satisfaction.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive service advising preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in the service drive promptly and professionally.
• Serve as main contact during the repair process and provide updates.
• Recommend maintenance, warranties, and service options clearly.
• Oversee service orders and help manage workflow with technicians.
• Support warranty processing and department processes.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented service department culture.
