Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive.
• Build relationships and create a positive service experience.
• Serve as the main contact throughout the repair process.
• Oversee service orders and help manage workflow within the service drive.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to meet productivity and sales goals.
• Provide maintenance recommendations and warranty information.
