Job summary

You will maintain repair records, monitor labor inventory, and support promotional activities while ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Evening, holiday and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years sales experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of dealership products with estimating capabilities helpful.
• Ability to identify and act on changing customer requirements under deadlines.
• Administrative skills for record keeping of customer vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of labor and parts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and relationships within the service department.
• Greet customers and write up repair orders, coordinating with technicians.
