Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Auto Service Advisor to engage customers, determine vehicle needs, verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, and create repair orders. You will maintain exceptional service while guiding customers through service options and promotions.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service and some auto service exposure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously, and announce service specials and offers.
• Schedule service appointments for customers.
• Know Fleet Farm’s tires, parts and accessories.
• Promote and sell automotive products and services that meet customer needs.
• Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor, and calculating customer payments.
• Occasionally perform basic maintenance tasks (oil, fluids, batteries).
• Assist customers with questions and ensure superior customer service.
• Assist in event and promotions preparation.
• Promote loyalty program and credit card initiatives.
• Ensure services are completed with high quality and meet customer needs.
