Stress Free Auto Care is seeking a Service Advisor in Pasadena to drive sales while delivering an exceptional, transparent customer experience. You will work directly with customers to assess automotive needs, recommend services, and convert opportunities into work orders, from appointment to vehicle delivery.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, building trust, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment (sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service).
• Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, value-building, objection handling, closing.
• Ability to build trust quickly and create customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset and ownership of results.
• Comfort working against measurable KPIs and using performance data to improve.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously with urgency and accuracy.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Coachability and a desire to continually improve sales performance and automotive knowledge.

• Automotive experience is a plus, but performance and relationship skills matter most.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding needs, setting clear expectations, and delivering a high-quality service experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals by identifying opportunities and converting recommendations into approved work.
• Use discovery and consultative selling to uncover needs, communicate technician recommendations, handle objections, and close sales.
• Manage the customer journey from appointment through vehicle delivery, including repair orders, approvals, updates, and handoff.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to keep work moving efficiently and meet customer commitments.
• Handle multiple customers and active repair orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing accuracy.
• Use customer and shop management tech to stay organized and ensure timely communication.
