Stress Free Auto Care in Richardson, Texas is seeking a Service Advisor to drive customer satisfaction and sales in a high-volume auto service environment. You will guide customers through needs assessment, recommend services, and convert opportunities into approved work, while managing the journey from appointment to vehicle delivery.

You will build trust, meet revenue goals, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate repairs and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales, revenue, or performance goals.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or another high-volume customer-facing environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, value building, objection handling, and closing.
• Ability to build trust quickly and create customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset with ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding needs, setting clear expectations, and delivering a consistently high-quality service experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals by identifying opportunities, building value, and confidently converting service and repair recommendations into approved work.
• Use strong discovery and consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs, communicate technician recommendations, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Manage the customer journey from appointment through vehicle delivery, including repair order creation, approvals, updates, and final handoff.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to keep work moving efficiently and deliver on customer commitments.
• Manage multiple customers and active repair orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
