Stress Free Auto Care is seeking a Service Advisor to create an exceptional customer experience from appointment to vehicle delivery. You will understand customer needs, recommend services, and confidently convert opportunities into paid work while maintaining clear communication and transparent expectations.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales, revenue, or performance goals.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or another high-volume customer-facing environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, value building, objection handling, and closing.
• The ability to build trust quickly and create customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset—you don't wait for opportunities to come to you; you create momentum, follow through, and take ownership of your results.
• Comfort working against measurable KPIs and using performance data to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding needs, setting clear expectations, and delivering a high-quality service experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals by identifying opportunities and converting recommendations into approved work.
• Use discovery and consultative selling to uncover needs, communicate recommendations, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Manage the customer journey from appointment through vehicle delivery, including approvals and updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to keep work moving efficiently and deliver on commitments.
• Handle multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing accuracy.
