Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or another high-volume customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding needs and setting expectations.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals by identifying opportunities and converting services into work.

• Manage customer journey from appointment through vehicle delivery, including order creation and updates.
