Job summary

DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the primary contact for Subaru service customers. You will schedule appointments, prepare repair orders, and clearly communicate maintenance options to customers.

You will coordinate with technicians, keep clients informed during repairs, and contribute to sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Sales and upselling abilities while maintaining customer trust.
• Proficiency with dealership software and repair order management.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Subaru service customers, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
