Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Toyota dealership experience preferred; other brands considered.
• Ability to explain recommended services, pricing and repair timelines.
• Experience managing repair orders and customer follow-up.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Subaru service customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
