Job summary

Subaru of Olathe is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to greet guests and assist with appointments. You will help identify mechanical problems through inquiry, inspection, or road test while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

In this role you will confer with customers on inspection results, prepare and describe repair orders with time, cost, and labor estimates, and clearly explain services and charges to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones, and assist with setting appointments.
• Identify mechanical problems by asking questions or performing inspections.
• Confer with customers about results and prepare repair orders.
• Prepare repair orders with time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Describe the customer's concern on the repair order to help technicians locate issues.
• Explain work performed and charges to the customer.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
