Job summary

Subaru Pacific in Torrance, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining a sales-oriented approach. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing accurate repair orders with estimates, and promoting labor and parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as Automotive Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills, strong relationship-building ability, and a sales-oriented mindset are required.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally and document needs.
• Prepare repair orders with time, cost and labor estimates.
• Communicate effectively between customer and technician to ensure understanding of required work.
• Promote labor, parts and accessories by explaining estimates and obtaining approvals.
• Provide timely updates on service progress and resolve customer concerns.
