Job summary

CMA Honda Service Department is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service team. You will ensure a transparent, positive service experience from intake to completion.

Play a key role in customer communication, estimates, and coordinating with technicians to deliver timely repairs and service recommendations. Prior dealership or strong customer service background is welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive dealership or service advisor roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience
• Schedule, confirm, and prepare service appointments
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and identify maintenance/repair needs
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Create accurate repair orders, cost estimates, and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships and loyalty
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals
• Maintain knowledge of Honda products and service offerings
