Valley Honda is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to help customers maintain and repair their vehicles while delivering an exceptional service experience. This CMA role emphasizes relationships, clear communication, and teamwork.

You will greet customers, listen to concerns, document vehicle needs, explain maintenance recommendations, coordinate with technicians, provide estimates, schedule service, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
