Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document concerns accurately.
• Prepare repair orders and estimates for customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and track service progress.
• Explain completed repairs and charges to customers at delivery.
• Provide timely updates and follow-up on service status.
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and rental transportation when applicable.
• Review repair orders for accuracy of labor and parts.
