Gerald Jones Mazda in Martinez, GA is seeking a professional Service Advisor to manage the drive lane and provide exemplary customer service throughout the vehicle service experience.

You will greet customers, discuss service needs, coordinate technician workloads, and keep clients informed about timing and costs while delivering a seamless service journey.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful experience in a dealership or customer service setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, friendly, and well-groomed with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service for customers.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and complete assignments to leave a positive dealership impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Coordinate daily technicians' time and ensure it is allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently and greet customers with helpful inquiries.
• Consult with customers on service needs, recommendations, and applicable service specials.
• Document services recommended or declined and schedule follow-ups.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, expenses, and any changes.
• Ensure smooth delivery of vehicles to customers and address concerns upon completion.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

• Document services recommended and/or declined and ask for follow up on future service considerations.
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed.
• Build strong relationships with the customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of successful experience in a dealership or other customer service position.
• Organized and friendly personality.
