Job summary

Toyota Of Glendale is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary contact between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and timely service delivery. You will explain repairs, manage expectations, and strive for first-time right service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, automotive training or experience, and at least one year in a dealer or large facility. ASE certification is a plus, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary automotive training or equivalent experience preferred.
• ASE certification a plus.
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment with a positive attitude and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI by delivering world-class customer service and accurate diagnostics communication.
