Service Advisor

The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are looking to hire a Service Advisor for their growing service departments. Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms
• Clarify the description of problems
• Conduct inspections, take test drives, check vehicle maintenance records, and examine service schedules
• Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, and detailing repairs and services required
• Obtain approval signatures and enter repair orders into the service database system

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate
• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge
• Motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude
• CDK experience preferred
• Must meet top-rated CSI standards and focus on world-class customer service
