Job summary

The Boucher Dealerships of Janesville in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will listen to customer descriptions, diagnose automotive problems, and coordinate needed repairs with technicians, providing a high level of service.

Responsibilities include preparing repair orders, describing findings and necessary work, obtaining approvals, and entering data into our service database. Ford & CDK experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on CSI and customer care.

Qualifications

• Ford & CDK experience preferred.
• Motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.

POSITION: The Boucher Dealerships of Janesville are looking to hire a Service Advisor. Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system.
