Job summary

The Boucher Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor in Wisconsin to join the growing service department. You will listen to customer symptoms, clarify descriptions, perform inspections and test drives, and prepare repair orders with recommended repairs.

You will also document findings and enter them into our service database. We value top‑rated CSI, a proactive and positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems by listening to customer symptoms and clarifying descriptions.
• Conduct inspections, test drives, and review maintenance records to identify issues.
• Describe symptoms, problems, and proposed repairs in repair orders; obtain approvals.
• Enter repair orders into the service database and keep customers informed.

The Boucher Automotive Group is looking to hire a Service Advisor

POSITION

The Boucher Automotive Group is looking to hire a Service Advisor for their growing service department. Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.
