Position

The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are hiring an Express Service Advisor for their growing service departments. Sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates! This is an entry‑level position.

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms.
• Clarify the description of problems.
• Conduct inspections and test drives.
• Check vehicle maintenance records and examine service schedules.
• Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs and services.
• Obtain approval signatures and enter repair orders into a service database system.

Requirements

• No prior automotive experience needed; willing to train the right candidate.
• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
• Motivated self‑starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Must meet top‑rated CSI standards and demonstrate a focus on world‑class customer service.
