Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group is a locally rooted, family-owned dealership group serving the community since 1964. We’re seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and our service department, guiding them through maintenance and repairs with clear explanations and timelines.

You will work with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses, timely completion, and exceptional customer service, while staying informed on vehicle models and dealership promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with service management software.
• Basic automotive systems understanding is a plus.
• Technical certifications or manufacturer protocols are a plus.

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the key point of contact between our customers and our service department. In this role, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle maintenance and repair process, providing clear explanations of services, estimates, and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with our technicians will ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience. What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Technical certifications or experience with manufacturer service protocols is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
