Ewald Automotive Group is seeking skilled, motivated individuals to service and repair vehicles across our Milwaukee-area locations. Join a locally rooted, family-owned dealer group with a strong community focus.

We offer a $25–$50/hour base wage, 4-day, 40-hour weeks, no Sundays, relocation assistance, and paid training to help you grow with us. Earn $100,000+ with productivity bonuses and experience in a modern shop environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Willingness to think creatively and solve problems.
• Basic computer skills, including mobile-based apps.
• Familiarity with various vehicle models.
• Team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair the vehicles we sell and maintain.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Work with a team to meet production and quality standards.
• Keep shop organized and safe.
