Job summary

Open Road is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main link between customers and the service department. You will greet customers, assess needs, and communicate recommended repairs while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion.

The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, providing accurate estimates, and delivering exceptional service in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service advisory or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Audi/VW experience is a plus.
