Ewald Automotive Group, a family-owned dealership serving Milwaukee area, seeks a Service Advisor to be the main liaison between customers and the service team. You’ll explain services, provide estimates, and keep customers updated on timelines.

You’ll coordinate with technicians, schedule appointments, and contribute to a high-quality service experience while building lasting relationships with our guests.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Proficient with service-management software and computer systems.
• Knowledge of automotive systems; bilingual is a plus.

• Explain recommended services and repairs, including pricing and time estimates.

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the key point of contact between our customers and our service department. In this role, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle maintenance and repair process, providing clear explanations of services, estimates, and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with our technicians will ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience. What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Technical certifications or experience with manufacturer service protocols is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
