Job summary

OPEN ROAD AUTO GROUP in Bridgewater Township, NJ is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main link between customers and the service department. You will greet customers, assess needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion.

You will prepare repair orders and estimates, present recommended services, and build lasting relationships through exceptional service. Annual earnings are $75,000-$125,000, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus.
• Audi/VW experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
