Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group is a locally rooted, family-owned dealership group serving the community since 1964. We’re seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and our service department, guiding them through maintenance and repairs with clear explanations and timelines.

You will work with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses, timely completion, and exceptional customer service, while staying informed on vehicle models and dealership promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with service management software.
• Basic automotive systems understanding is a plus.
• Technical certifications or manufacturer protocols are a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, listening to vehicle concerns.
• Explain services and repairs with pricing and timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnoses and timely repairs.

• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
