Job summary

East West Hospitality is hiring a Server for Stag Lodge in Park City, Utah, for the winter season. This on-site role pays $14 per hour plus a tips pool, with full-time seasonal hours from November through early April.

You’ll create memorable dining experiences by taking orders, recommending menu items, and coordinating with the team to ensure timely, friendly service. Schedule is Thursday–Monday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale or full-service restaurant.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to stay composed during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service and thoughtful recommendations.
• Share your knowledge of our menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely, efficient service.
• Maintain clean and organized service stations and dining areas.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately process payments and complete end-of-shift reporting.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team and support special events to ensure smooth operations.

Nestled slopeside in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers luxury accommodations, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the heart of the experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and exceptional guest service.

We are looking for an energetic, personable Server who loves creating memorable dining experiences, connecting with guests, and creating memorable experiences. If you thrive in a lively restaurant environment and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, we would love to meet you!

• Pay: $14/hour + Tips (Pool Distribution)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (November – Early April)
• Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, must also be willing to work holidays
