East West Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Agent at Stag Lodge in Deer Valley, UT. You will welcome guests, answer calls, and coordinate activities, transportation, and restaurant reservations to ensure superb stays.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of the Park City area preferred.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and technology.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly service to ensure a memorable guest stay.
• Manage incoming calls and respond to guest requests for internal and external callers.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve questions with confidence and care.
• Support front desk and guest services operations with inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist guests with activity bookings, restaurant reservations, transportation, and interdepartmental coordination for seamless experiences.
• Assist with valet-style services such as handling and transporting skis and gear as needed.
• Provide safe, reliable transportation in the Park City area when required, maintaining a clean driving record.

Duties Include

• Provide attentive, friendly service to ensure every guest has a memorable stay from arrival to departure.
• Manage incoming calls, respond to guest requests, and provide timely assistance to both internal departments and external callers.
• Deliver thoughtful, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and resolving questions with confidence and care.
• Support daily front desk and guest service operations by assisting with guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Act as the go-to resource for guests, assisting with activity bookings, restaurant reservations, transportation, and coordinating with other departments for seamless experiences.
• Assist with valet-style services such as handling and transporting skis and gear as needed.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation for homeowners throughout the Park City area on an as-needed basis, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean driving record and demonstrating a willingness and comfort level with driving.

Pay Rate: $22/hour DOE

Schedule: Varies, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
