East West Hospitality, located at Stag Lodge in Park City, Utah, seeks an energetic Sous Chef for the winter season. Pay is $26-34/hr, full-time, seasonal (November – Early April), with a Thu–Mon schedule 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and holidays. Start date: 11/5/2026; deadline: 11/1/2026.

Join Café 52’s team to lead kitchen prep, train staff, oversee food prep/presentation, ensure food safety, and collaborate with front-of-house for exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong professional cooking experience in fine dining, private clubs, or upscale restaurants.
• 2–3 years of sous chef or kitchen leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of inventory, food cost awareness, food safety, and dietary accommodations.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with ability to stay composed during busy service.

Nestled slopeside in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers luxury accommodations, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the heart of the experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and exceptional guest service.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate Sous Chef who loves creating exceptional dining experiences, bringing creativity to the kitchen, and supporting a talented culinary team. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, have a passion for great food, and enjoy leading and collaborating with a close-knit team, we would love to meet you!

• Pay: $26-34/hr (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (November – Early April)
• Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, must also be willing to work holidays

What You'll Do
