East West Hospitality in Park City, Utah, is seeking an energetic Bartender for Stag Lodge's Café 52, offering $16/hour plus service fee pooling. This full-time seasonal role runs late November through early April with a Thu–Mon schedule, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, in a slopeside, upscale setting at Deer Valley.

You will craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering attentive service and memorable guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Prior bartending experience in upscale or full-service venues.
• Knowledge of mixology, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and hospitality passion.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and presentation.
• Create memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service and thoughtful recommendations.
• Share knowledge of beverage offerings and signature cocktails.
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, clean, and ready for service.
• Accurately process payments and complete end-of-shift reporting.
• Follow liquor laws, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team and support special events to ensure smooth operations.

Nestled slopeside in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers luxury accommodations, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the heart of the experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and exceptional guest service.

We are looking for an energetic, personable Bartender who loves crafting great drinks, connecting with guests, and creating memorable experiences. If you thrive in a lively restaurant environment and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, we would love to meet you!

• Pay: $16/hour + Service Fee Pooling
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (Late November – Early April)
• Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, including holidays

What You'll Do

• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and the ability to stay composed during busy service.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
