East West Hospitality's Stag Lodge in Park City, UT is seeking a Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

This role offers full-time, part-time or seasonal hours with pay at $22/hour DOE, including perks like free on-site parking and access to guest services support. Join us to create exceptional stays and foster lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of the Park City area preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and technology.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly service to ensure every guest has a memorable stay from arrival to departure.
• Manage incoming calls, respond to guest requests, and provide timely assistance to both internal departments and external callers.
• Deliver thoughtful, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and resolving questions with confidence and care.
• Support daily front desk and guest service operations by assisting with guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Act as the go-to resource for guests, assisting with activity bookings, restaurant reservations, transportation, and coordinating with other departments for seamless experiences.
• Assist with valet-style services such as handling and transporting skis and gear as needed.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation for homeowners throughout the Park City area on an as-needed basis, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean driving record and demonstrating a willingness and comfort level with driving.
