Job summary

East West Hospitality is hiring a Kitchen Steward for the Stag Lodge in Park City, Utah. This full-time seasonal role supports a fast-paced kitchen team, ensures dishes and surfaces are spotless, and helps keep operations running smoothly during the winter season.

Shifts run Thursday through Monday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with an hourly pay range of $22–24 depending on experience. Start date is 11/5/2026; deadline 11/1/2026 or until filled.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing or kitchen experience is welcome; no previous experience required.
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures and work steadily during busy periods.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and report malfunctions.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas including floors, walls, shelving and trash areas.
• Ensure handwashing stations are stocked with soap and towels.
• Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks in the kitchen.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals per safety procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and kitchen staff to prioritize tasks.
• Keep loading dock and waste areas clean and organized.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Nestled slopeside in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers luxury accommodations, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the heart of the experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and exceptional guest service.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Steward who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting a talented culinary team. In this role, you will help keep our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring dishes, equipment, and workspaces are clean and ready for service. • Pay: $22-24/hour (depending on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (November - Early April)
• Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, must also be able to work holidays and weekends

What You'll Do

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, promptly reporting any issues or malfunctions to management.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas, including floors, walls, shelving, and trash disposal areas.
• Ensure handwashing stations are properly stocked with soap, paper towels, and other necessary supplies.
• Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks, including cleaning kitchen equipment, drains, ovens, grills, and walk-in coolers.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and kitchen staff to prioritize tasks and support smooth daily operations.
• Keep loading dock and waste disposal areas clean and organized, operating the cardboard baler and trash compactor as needed.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards while contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

What You Bring

• Dishwashing or kitchen experience is welcome; no previous experience required.
• Experience maintaining a clean, organized workspace is helpful.
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures and work steadily during busy periods.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Comfortable working in hot and humid conditions.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
