East West Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook for the Stag Lodge in Park City, UT. The role supports dinner service, from salads to sauté station, working with a culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

Nestled slopeside in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers luxury accommodations, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the heart of the experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and exceptional guest service.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate Line Cook who love creating exceptional dining experiences, preparing flavorful dishes, and working alongside a talented culinary team. In this role, you will work closely with our Chef de Cuisine to prepare and execute dinner service, from crafting fresh, vibrant salads to mastering the sauté station, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. • Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, sanitation, and dietary accommodations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the culinary team.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
