Prime Independent Living is seeking friendly servers to join a hospitality-driven dining team in a senior living setting. You’ll welcome residents, guide menus, take orders via POS, and deliver meals with warmth and professionalism.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and serving moments of connection in a dedicated environment. Opportunities include both full-time and part-time schedules with meals provided, uniforms, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Able to stay organized and attentive in a fast-paced setting.
• Genuine appreciation for serving seniors.
• Able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with side work, including stocking and preparation.
