Job summary

Prime Independent Living in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Morning Server for multiple shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM). Join the Prime Gastonia Team to provide warm, attentive service to residents and guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure smooth dining experiences.

No formal restaurant experience required, but friendliness, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods help. We offer competitive pay, employee meals, uniforms, and benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Anticipate resident needs and create a personalized dining experience.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain an inviting dining environment.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Process payments when applicable.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Work closely with culinary and dining team members to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and other assigned side work.
