Prime Independent Living in Gastonia, NC is seeking Evening Servers for multiple shifts (3:00 PM–8:00 PM). If you enjoy hospitality and delivering warm, personalized dining experiences for seniors, join our team.

You will welcome residents, present menus, take orders with POS, serve meals, keep tables clean, and collaborate with kitchen staff. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required; a Food Handler certification is encouraged within 30 days.

Qualifikationen

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful experiences.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
