Prime Independent Living in Gastonia is seeking friendly Mid-Day Servers for multiple shifts (11:30 AM–8:00 PM). Join a dining team that delivers warm hospitality to residents in a home-like setting.

As part of the Prime Gastonia team, you will greet residents, present menus, take orders via POS, serve meals, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
