Prime Independent Living seeks friendly servers for 3:00 PM–8:00 PM shifts, full- and part-time. You’ll welcome residents, present menus, take orders, and deliver meals with hospitality. The role involves POS use, teamwork with culinary staff, and maintaining a clean dining area.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

• Present menus, explain daily specials, and assist with dining selections.

• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system.

• Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.

• Anticipate resident needs and create a personalized dining experience.

• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain an inviting dining environment.

• Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

• Process payments when applicable.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

• Work closely with culinary and dining team members to ensure seamless service.

• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and other assigned side work.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or serving experience preferred, but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A friendly, positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A genuine passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful experiences.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

• Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
