Job summary

Prime Independent Living is seeking a friendly Morning Server for multiple shifts in Gastonia, NC. The role runs on a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, with full-time and part-time options, delivering warm service to residents and guests.

You will take orders, input into POS, serve meals, ensure cleanliness, and support the dining team to provide a meaningful dining experience for seniors.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful experiences.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with culinary and dining team members to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and other assigned side work.
