Prime Independent Living in Gastonia seeks friendly, attentive servers to join our dining team. You will welcome residents, explain menus, take orders, and ensure warm, professional service in a senior living environment.

You'll work closely with the kitchen and dining staff to deliver meals promptly, maintain clean tables, and assist with side work. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including evenings and weekends; uniforms are provided and employee meals are included.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or serving preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 lbs.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.


• Work closely with culinary and dining team members to ensure seamless service.


• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and other assigned side work.
