Job summary

Prime Independent Living in Conway, SC, is seeking AM/PM servers to join a hospitality-driven team focused on elevating dining for seniors. This role offers Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with a schedule that avoids late nights and emphasizes meaningful resident experiences.

You will guide guests through menus, serve meals with warmth, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a polished dining experience. This position values teamwork, attentiveness, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and attentive in a fast-paced setting.
• A genuine appreciation for working with and serving seniors.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Guide guests through the menu, including daily features and offerings
• Take accurate orders using the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, polished manner
• Anticipate needs and ensure a seamless dining experience
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, inviting environment
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and presentation standards
• Process payments, when applicable
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with side work, including stocking and preparation
