Job summary

Prime Independent Living is seeking friendly servers to join a hospitality-driven dining team in a senior living setting. You’ll welcome residents, guide menus, take orders via POS, and deliver meals with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Able to stay organized and attentive in a fast-paced setting.
• Genuine appreciation for serving seniors.
• Able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests through the menu and daily features.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, polished manner.
• Anticipate needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Process payments when applicable.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with side work, including stocking and preparation.
