Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior WW Partner GTM Specialist for Agentic AI to drive AWS partner strategies and GTM programs. You will shape agent-based solutions with GenAI partners and influence product direction while empowering partner businesses to scale in the AI era.

You will collaborate across teams, manage strategic initiatives, and develop scalable GTM content to accelerate customer value and market adoption in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS GenAI partners, helping them envision and implement agent-based solutions that deliver value.
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Agentic AI adoption with strategic partners.
• Develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies that scale agent-based solutions and use cases.
• Provide thought leadership on Agentic AI transforming partner business models.
• Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding focused on agent technologies.
• Analyze market trends and gather partner/customer feedback to inform AWS's Agentic AI strategy.
• Create scalable frameworks that enable partners to build and deploy agent-based solutions.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development.
• Lead development of partner-ready go-to-market content, resources, and activities.
